Avocado + Spinach Wrap

Avocado + Spinach WrapSomething I eat all the time: Start with a tortilla wrap, add lots of raw spinach leaves, slices of 1/2 – 1 avocado and 1 tomato and finish with a sprinkle of pine nuts. Wrap together for a quick and healthy sandwich alternative. Depending on how much avocado you use, this can be a light snack or a super filling dinner. Add a bit of yoghurt dressing for extra flavour.
